Description: 


The Warehouse Specialist will primarily be responsible for shipping and handling of product andcustomer order, and will work closely with the fulfillment and customer service team. They maybe called on to assist in other areas as needed.


Responsibilities: 


• Pick product to prepare for shipment

• Receive, ship, stock and maintain all warehouse inventory

• Operate pallet jacks and other mechanical tools and equipment

• Manage daily communications with customers and potential customers

• Assist with daily operations of a warehouse environment

• Assist with product logistics when necessary

• Assist with product quality control procedures when necessary


Requirements: 


• Excellent written and verbal skills

• Strong work ethic

• Must have a positive attitude and willing to solve customer concerns

• Ability to multi-task

• Must be trustworthy and organized

Sales Representative

Sales Representative


Status: Full time 


Description: 


The Sales Representative will work closely with the executive leadership team and will haveplenty of visibility into the operations of the company. SnapPower’s partner sales channelrelies heavily on the ability to sell products to qualifying partners ordering products in bulkquantities. These partners include companies in the following industries; electrical wholesalesupply, hotel & hospitality, home builders, remodelers, real estate and more. The candidate willbe primarily responsible for connecting with these industry companies and selling ourSnapPower product line throughout the United States and Canada. They will also be called onto assist in other areas as needed.


Responsibilities: 


• Generate leads for potential customer accounts (includes travel to industry trade shows)

• Create new customer sales

• Manage new customer accounts

• Manage daily communications with customers

• Create sales forecasts and communicate sales activities to management

• Assist with marketing efforts

• Assist with product logistics when necessary


Requirements: 


• Minimum 1-3 years B2B product sales experience

• Must be willing to travel for trade shows occasionally and work weekends at trade shows

• Excellent written and verbal skills

• Strong communication skills

• Must be trustworthy, organized and have a positive attitude

Chief Executive Officer

Description: 


SnapRays, LLC dba SnapPower, headquartered in Provo, Utah seeks a Chief Executive Officer at its Vineyard, Utah location. Duties include development and execution of overall short and long-term strategy of company’s consumer electronics business. Direct and oversee financial and budgetary activities related to cost cutting in order to ensure profitability and improve performance. Oversee financial reporting according to Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP). Review and approve all financial statements: profit & loss, balance sheet and cash flow statements. Develop and oversee all operational goals, policies and procedures related to: sales/marketing, order fulfillment, legal and intellectual property, R&D and financial reporting and internal controls. Negotiate or approve contracts and agreements. Develop, oversee and assist in the execution of company’s e-commerce digital marketing efforts including media buys within social media platforms, Google Adwords, 3rd party retargeting platforms and affiliate networks. Engage with product development team and develop product innovation map. 


Requirements: 


Bachelor’s degree in business management with a concentration in accounting or related degree. Foreign equivalent degree accepted. Demonstrable ability to direct and oversee financial and budgetary activities related to cost cutting, sales forecasts, analyzing performance indicators, contract negotiation, and the hiring, termination and performance reviews of staff. Demonstrable ability to manage digital marketing platforms for e-commerce such as Google Adwords, Google Analytics, Facebook business manager and affiliate marketing. Demonstrable ability to review GAAP accounting statements and internal controls including, profit & loss, balance sheet and cash flow statements.
